Returns and Refunds

At Little Bairn, both your Little Bairns and you are very important to us, and so is your satisfaction and experience, so if you are not completely happy with your purchase please contact us via sales@littlebairn.com.au to organise a return within 10 business days of purchase for a refund or product credit. 

Your product must be unopened and in saleable condition, with your return confirmation inside (we will provide this once your return is confirmed).

If your item is faulty, which we hope it isn't because quality and luxury is one of our mantras! We will ask for photos of the fault.

Ordering and Shipping

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING TERMS?

We aim to ship all orders within 1-3 business days of purchase. Items are shipped via courier with delivery times varying based on your location. You will receive a confirmation with an EDT once your item has been shipped.

Please note that courier deliveries are not available to PO boxes. If you provide a PO box address your item will be shipped via Australia Post.

Express Post shipping is also available (via Australia Post). Please select this option at checkout if needed.
