Ordering and Shipping
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING TERMS?
We aim to ship all orders within 1-3 business days of purchase. Items are shipped via courier with delivery times varying based on your location. You will receive a confirmation with an EDT once your item has been shipped.
Please note that courier deliveries are not available to PO boxes. If you provide a PO box address your item will be shipped via Australia Post.
Express Post shipping is also available (via Australia Post). Please select this option at checkout if needed.

Products
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SAFE TO USE ON NEWBORNS?
All Little Bairn products have been formulated to be safe for use from birth. We understand that newborn skin is especially sensitive which is why we use only the best quality natural and organic ingredients to protect your little bairn’s skin.
Each product is made using natural oils known for their ability to nourish and heal the skin. We don’t use any mineral oil that can clog the pores, or harsh chemicals that can easily cause adverse skin reactions.
While our products are designed to be very gentle on the skin, in rare circumstances an allergic reaction can occur. If your little bairn is allergy-prone always do a patch test and, if irritation does occur, discontinue use.
ARE ESSENTIAL OILS SAFE FOR USE ON BABIES?
The Little Bairn range contains only gentle essential oils at ratios considered safe for use on babies. Furthermore, we use only 100 per cent pure, certified organic oils which are grown and processed without the use of synthetic chemicals, fertilisers or GMOs.
We understand that essential oils are extremely concentrated and powerful, and care must be taken to ensure they are used at the right dilution. This is why an aromatherapist has been consulted in the development of our product range to ensure they are safe for your little bairn.
While our products have been formulated to be safe for use from birth, when conducting baby massage on a newborn we recommend using our Newborn Bath & Massage Oil. Research suggests that unscented oils are the best choice for newborn massage - the smell of mum is all a little baby needs at this young age!

CAN I USE YOUR BOTTOM BALM WITH CLOTH NAPPIES?
Yes, our Bottom Balm contains no zinc oxide making it suitable for use on cloth nappies. The natural barrier in our balm is provided by beeswax and castor oil which won't build up and leave a residue on your nappies (or your little bairn's bottom!).
MY BABY HAS A NUT ALLERGY. CAN I STILL USE YOUR PRODUCTS?
If your child is allergic to tree nuts (as distinct from a peanut allergy) then it is important to be aware that some Little Bairn products contain nut oils (i.e. macadamia). Depending on the severity of your little bairn's allergy, it is possible to have a reaction if unrefined nut oils come into contact with the skin.
If in doubt, always seek the advice of a healthcare professional. You can also contact us with any questions about our products and/or ingredients.
MY BABY HAS ECZEMA. WHICH PRODUCTS WOULD BE SUITABLE FOR HIM/HER?
The Little Bairn range has been especially formulated with sensitive skin conditions like eczema in mind!
One of our most beneficial products is the Milk & Honey Bath Soak. This milky soak contains a high level of certified organic colloidal oatmeal, known for its ability to soothe eczema. The oatmeal in this product can also help ease other skin conditions, such as rashes, chicken pox, hives and nappy rash.
Of course, if you have any concerns about your child's eczema, please consult a healthcare professional.
